I recently completed my PhD at The University of Adelaide in the field of Artificial Intelligence, as a student within The Australian Institute for Machine Learning. I am currently splitting my professional time between two local startup ventures, Woven Optics and Insight Via Artificial Intelligence, working as a Machine Learning and Research Engineer. I have also been contracted to perform Machine Learning engineering and consulting for a number of other local companies.
I have experience in the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with my research focused on image and video classification, detection, captioning and tracking with deep neural networks. I am passionate about applying the latest techniques to solve real world problems, as well as effectively communicating ideas to clients, colleagues and the broader community. My time working with industry partners has allowed me the opportunity to implement artificially intelligent soultions to a diverse set of interesting problems. If you would like to find out how I can help you, get in touch below.
